Payment and payment methods
Finnish online payments
You have the payment buttons for all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S-bank and Ålandsbanken. Recipient of payment will be shown as Checkout Finland Oy. You are directed directly to your bank to make payment safely.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are used online.
Recipient of payment will be shown as Checkout Finland Oy. Card payments are secured by a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful subscription, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending a verification message requires an e-mail address when ordering.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Orders are delivered by post as letter, maxi-letter or package, depending on the size of the order.
Postage fee in Finland 4,50 € / order. In foreign orders postage costs 12.50€ , with the exception of Sweden, Norway and Denmark, with shipping costs 7€ / shipment.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery time to Finland is 2-5 days depending on the order and delivery method. We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays.
Right of Cancellation and Return Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your order under the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a cancellation notice, you must indicate your name, address, order date, product and it must be sent by e-mail to info@sokru.com or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in the original and original packaging. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to product return. If the product is used, we reserve the right to charge for the impairment.
If you would like to return or replace your products after the review period, please contact us directly. When you return a submitted order, please include your name and contact information and your account number for refunding your money. We will refund your total amount within 14 days of the date of receipt of the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or it has been verifiably given for delivery to the return address.

Troubleshooting
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days of writing to the address mentioned in the Cancellation and Return Conditions or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact details. If the package is damaged in delivery, a complaint must be sent to delivering company.
